Swiggy, a leading food delivery and quick commerce platform, has experienced service disruptions affecting numerous users across the country. Reports on the outage tracking site Downdetector indicate that over 600 users have encountered issues with the Swiggy app.
The majority of affected users, comprising 93%, have reported difficulties in accessing the Swiggy app. Meanwhile, a small percentage of users, accounting for 5%, have encountered problems with Swiggy’s website. Additionally, 2% of users have experienced issues specifically related to logging into the food delivery service.
Reports of service outages have surfaced nationwide, spanning major metro cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai, along with other urban centers like Hyderabad and Bangalore. Users across the country have encountered difficulties accessing Swiggy’s services. Additionally, many have turned to social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, to share humorous memes and commentary about the outage.
