Sony India has introduced a limited-time “Summer Sale” offer on the newly launched PlayStation 5 Slim consoles. During this promotional period, customers can purchase the PS5 Slim models at a discounted price of Rs 49,990, down from the usual retail price of Rs 54,990 for the Standard Disc Edition.

What’s new with Sony PlayStation 5 Slim
The PlayStation 5 Slim models retain the same powerful hardware as the standard PS5 but feature a 30 percent reduction in overall volume and up to 24 percent less weight. They come equipped with a generous 1TB of internal storage, a notable upgrade from the 825GB in the current models.
Aesthetically, the PS5 Slim boasts a sleek design with four separate cover panels, a glossy top portion, and a matte bottom. It also features dual USB-C ports at the front, replacing the single USB-C and USB-A ports found on the current PS5.
The Digital Edition offers users the flexibility to convert to a disc-compatible version by adding an optional disc drive accessory. Additionally, the internal storage can be expanded using external SSDs, providing ample space for gaming libraries and downloads.
