At least 60 people were killed as heavy rains wreaked havoc in Brazil. Floods, landslides at several places blocked the roads. Brazil’s Southernmost state of Rio Grande Do Sul has been affected the most. Rescue officials say another 67 people are still missing in Rio Grande Do Sul.
