The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Watch series will feature several AI-powered health-tracking updates. The series, which is expected to be launched alongside Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6, will bring in updates like Energy score, Wellness Tips, Sleep tracking algorithms, and Workout Routine.

According to the rumours, the Galaxy Watch 7 series will release on July 10. The rumour has it that the upcoming Galaxy Watch 7 series will sport a new chipset with a fast charging technique. While the series is expected to bring in many updates, here are the details of AI-powered health tracking features.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 series: Health tracking features

One of the most interesting upgrades, Energy Score is a feature that helps the users get a better understanding of their daily condition through a combined analysis of personal health metrics. For this analysis, the watch will use sleep, heart and activity data. This feature will keep track of sleeping time, bedtime consistency, waking up consistency, and will even compare today’s score to the previous day.

Additionally, the Energy Score will record the sleeping heart rate and heart rate variability. The feature is expected to provide more comprehensive health insights.

Good news for cyclists and athletes, the upcoming Galaxy Watch will get a new Personalised Health Rate Zone and Functional Threshold Power metrics which will help users train like a professional.

Last but not the least, the Workout Routine feature will help the users by making a personalised workout experience by including several sets of exercises. While only a few will get access in June in the beta program, Samsung will make these features available on the upcoming Galaxy Watch series via One UI 6 Watch.
