Portland Trail Blazers Announce Vegas Summer League Roster – Blazer’s Edge

1 minute, 10 seconds Read

The Portland Trail Blazers released their roster for 2024 Vegas Summer League via their social media account. The roster features some of Portland’s regular season roster members, back in Vegas for a little more seasoning. But the Blazers also will bring in prospects trying to find their way onto an NBA roster.

Noticeable in their absence are sophomore Scoot Henderson and third-year player Jabari Walker. It’s unclear why they are not playing. Shaedon Sharpe, who was invited to the Canadian National Team’s training camp, was unlikely to be a full participant in Summer League after recovering from surgery. Duop Reath has made the Australian National Team’s roster, and will be unavailable.

Players already signed to Portland’s roster:

  • Donovan Clingan
  • Kris Murray
  • Rayan Rupert
  • Justin Minaya (Two-way contract)
  • Jacky Cui (Exhibit 10 contract)

The Blazers play their first Summer League on July 13, against the San Antonio Spurs. All games are nationally televised on the ESPN networks or NBA TV. Portland will play four games in six days, then another game will be determined as part of the their playoff system.
